Welcome to the restart of High School Athletics. My name is Coach Rory Pico and I am the Athletic Director at Campbell High School. The purpose of this letter is to inform you on the current status of High School sports as well as have you fulfill the mandatory eligibility requirements for athletic participation.
In order for your child to be eligible to participate, there are mandatory forms that need to be completed, videos that need to be viewed and policies you need to be aware of and comply with.
Packets were sent home with your child and will contain the following.
OIA COVID Waiver – must be signed in order to compete
Video/Photo Release – must be signed in order for your child to be videoed, photographed, added to publicly viewed rosters, etc.
Parent Acknowledgement Form – signing this form indicates that you have met all requirements.
Completed forms shall be submitted to your head coach.

Campbell High School, the OIA and the DOE require all parents/guardians to view the following videos. Please go to our website campbellhighschoolathletics.org and click on the “Parent Meeting Fall 2021” tab to access these videos. There are 3 videos you need to view.

2021 Athletic Policies and Procedures
The DOE and OIA are operating under the HIDOE Guidance for Athletics 2021-22. This guidance is available on the campbellhighschoolathletics.org website. Some of the key points to this guidance include:
No spectators are allowed at practices or games
Mask Wearing:
Indoor events: Masks must be worn by all.
Outdoor events: Mask wearing for all, (includes players suited up on the sidelines) EXCEPT for the student-athletes actively participating.
Any updates to these policies will be shared immediately.
Athlete Pick-up and Drop-off
Pick up and drop off will be allowed within the cafeteria parking lot. Please do not drive beyond the cattle gate next to the dumpster.
Remain in your car while waiting to pick up your child
